  • The American Dream Experience (TADE) is not an ordinary training, but rather an interactive empathy-building board game. Designed to foster awareness and connection, participants get the opportunity to participate in this “perspective-taking” exercise and explore how everyday interactions and long-term opportunities impact people and their pursuit of the American Dream differently.

  • IDI assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. Let me help you explore ways to improve your ability to recognize and effectively respond to those of different cultures. As a Qualified Administrator of the IDI, I have been trained and licensed to effectively use the tool for building intercultural competence at the individual and team levels.
