Shalynne's impactful contributions extend beyond consulting. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for SHRM’s Oklahoma Human Resources State Council (OKHR) and is a member of Schnake Turnbo Franks’ I&D Advisory Committee. Shalynne is recognized as a 2024 Oklahoma Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree. She holds a Master of Human Relations degree from The University of Oklahoma and is a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a crosscultural assessment of intercultural competence.
