Shalynne's impactful contributions extend beyond consulting. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for SHRM’s Oklahoma Human Resources State Council (OKHR) and is a member of Schnake Turnbo Franks’ I&D Advisory Committee. Additionally, she plays a vital role on the board of ReMerge, a comprehensive diversion program.
Shalynne is recognized as a 2024 Oklahoma Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree. In 2023, Shalynne’s outstanding work earned her recognition as a Notable DEI Leader by 405 Business Magazine and as one of the Metro’s Most Influential Leaders. She holds a Master of Human Relations degree from The University of Oklahoma and is a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a crosscultural assessment of intercultural competence.
